Dogs

Your Dog is very welcome in all of our properties. Please inform us when you book that you are bringing a Dog with you. Mooredge B&B only has 1 Dog friendly room.

We do not charge extra for Dogs.

If you have more than one Dog, please contact us to discuss before you book, this is usually not a problem, but it depends on the size of the Dogs and which property or Room you are planning to stay in.

Each Apartment has a Dog bowl and Dog towels for your use during your stay.

Please ensure that your dog is covered by an appropriate flea treatment when you stay.

Your Dog is NOT allowed on any furniture or on the Beds. If specialist cleaning products or extra time is  required to remove muddy paw prints, or accidents on the carpet, you will be charged for this through your Bond. You will be charged the full cost of any Stained Linen which needs replacing.

Your Dog must NOT be left alone in the property or room at any time. This reduces the risk of possible damage, and also ensures that your Dog cannot disturb others by Howling or Barking.

If you would like to stay at MoorEdge B&B, please be aware that we have a Labrador.

Damage Bond

A Damage Protection Deposit of £100 will automatically be placed against your Credit card when you book. You do not have to pay this upfront. This Bond applies only to the Apartments. This will remain active on your card until 7 days after the end of your stay.

Funds will only be charged (in part or in full) to pay for extra cleaning costs or to replace or repair broken items.

We understand that accidents happen, you will not be charged for minor accidental breakages. If there is an accident during your stay, please let us know immediately to enable us to replace an item, or fix any damage before the next Guest arrives.

We will inform Guests (with Photo evidence) if they are to be charged, and what amount is to be taken. Please note that we do not need your authorisation to make any charges against this Bond.

We have put this Bond in place to protect us from Guests who may not respect our properties, and either cause damage or leave them in a state which requires specialist cleaning or redecoration. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
